Hey, I’m Jess
I help people and organizations lead with inclusion and thrive through change.
For over 20 years, I’ve been a bridge-builder and catalyst across corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. At Google and Cisco, I helped shape inclusive strategy, community impact, and culture change on a global scale.
Before that, I spent a decade in the nonprofit world—working with students, teachers, and families, raising funds, coaching leaders, and building programs that moved missions forward.
At the core of my work is this truth: strategy without soul doesn’t stick. And soul without systems won’t sustain impact.
Today, through J Graham Consulting, I help leaders and teams move through transition and complexity, creating systems, structures, and strategies that maximize efficiency and enhance healthy workplace culture.
